Overview

Role Purpose

Our Kitchen Teams are key to running a successful brewpub. You are passionate about great food, uncompromising in your standards, with a great eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills are key within this role as is developing rapport with the wider team, understanding the shared goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.

As part of our kitchen management team, you’ll have the drive and determination to deliver an excellent service, every single day. You will work alongside the Head Chef in managing the food stock, ensuring safe working practices and that your Brewpub kitchen adheres to all food safety regulations. You’ll take a front foot in the preparation and cooking of our menu, ensuring it leaves the kitchen to perfect specification for our guests and will be given creative opportunities to develop dishes for our menu.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Head Chef to manage food stock and ensure safe working practices.
  • Ensure the Brewpub kitchen adheres to all food safety regulations.
  • Participate in the preparation and cooking of the menu, ensuring dishes leave the kitchen to the specified standard.
  • Take creative opportunities to develop dishes for the menu.
