Job summary

Relevent Football Partners, London, seeks a Production Services Lead to drive the development and delivery of production, technical, and operational services for UEFA Men’s Club Rights. You will collaborate with UEFA, UC3, media partners and suppliers to maximise the value of media rights across campaigns.

The role requires extensive experience in live sports production, broadcast workflows, and multi-platform delivery, with strong leadership, international collaboration, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering production, broadcast, and media services for major live sporting events.
• Deep knowledge of live production workflows and broadcast technologies, including IP distribution, live streaming, remote production, cloud-enabled solutions, and multi-platform content delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading complex operational programmes and driving service innovation in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with international rights holders, broadcasters, media agencies, or production services teams.
• Familiarity with UEFA competitions and related systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery, and evolution of production and technical services supporting UEFA Men's Club Competitions media partners.
• Ensure media partners have access to services, tools, and operational support to maximise value of their media rights.
• Collaborate with UEFA, UC3, broadcasters, production partners, tech vendors, and service providers to deliver high-quality support and solutions.
• Oversee delivery of production, technical, and digital services across content distribution, broadcast workflows, and partner support.
• Drive development of innovative production and digital service offerings to meet evolving partner needs.
• Lead media partner engagement activities, including onboarding, workshops, demonstrations, and briefings.
• Work with the Matchweek & Broadcast Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership and SME input across Production Services for strategic planning and cross-functional projects.
