Senior Product Designer (UX)

We’re working with a fast-growing tech company on a mission to make the world a little safer and a lot more connected 🌍. Their platform helps large, complex organisations understand where their people and assets are - and how to protect them when things don’t go as planned.

Backed by strong funding and expanding fast (now ~70 people across London, the US, and the Middle East), they’re levelling up their design team with two new specialist roles - one UX-focused, one UI-focused.

This role? It’s all about making complexity feel simple.

The Role

As their Senior UX Product Designer, you’ll shape how users experience and interact with a platform that manages people, data, and operations across the globe.

You’ll lead end-to-end design across a data-rich product suite, turning knotty workflows into intuitive journeys. Expect to work on spatial interfaces, assistive AI, and real-time decision-making tools - the kind of challenges that stretch your brain and creativity.

What You’ll Do

• ✏️ Design seamless, user-centred flows for complex operational tools
• 🧠 Conduct research, testing, and discovery to uncover user needs
• 🗺️ Craft intuitive map-based experiences (think: location intelligence, not Google Maps clones)
• 🤖 Design for assistive AI - making automation feel human, transparent, and helpful
• 🧩 Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and the UI Designer
• 🧱 Help evolve the design system with UX patterns, accessibility, and flow logic
• 💬 Be a design advocate - championing empathy, usability, and clarity

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in UX/product design for complex SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Portfolio showing how you’ve simplified the complicated 🪄
