🎨 UI Product Designer (Design Systems & Visual Craft)

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Reporting to: Chief Product Officer

The Role

They’re on the hunt for a (UI) Product Designer who’s obsessed with detail and craft. You’ll help define the visual DNA of their platform - from the tiniest button states to the biggest dashboards.
If you live for pixel perfection, love design systems, and geek out over Figma components, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• 🖼️ Design clean, modern, and accessible interfaces for complex workflows
• 🧱 Evolve and manage their Figma design system - components, tokens, and variants
• ⚙️ Partner with engineers to ensure visual excellence in production
• 📊 Work on data-rich and map-based experiences that drive real-world action
• 🤖 Bring assistive AI features to life visually - with clarity and trust
• 🔍 Obsess over spacing, hierarchy, typography, and motion
• 💬 Collaborate with your UX counterpart to balance form and function

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience designing interfaces for SaaS or enterprise products
• Portfolio that shows impeccable visual craft and system-level thinking
• Deep Figma knowledge (component libraries, variants, tokens, etc.)
• Familiarity with front-end principles (React, CSS, HTML — bonus points for Flutter)
• Experience with geospatial / data visualisation design is a plus
• Curiosity for modern tools and workflows (AI-assisted design included 👀)
