Qualifications

• Product Safety Requirements identification and capture
• Product Safety hazard identification and analysis using recognized techniques like FTA, FHA, FSA, ZHA, HAZOP, ASM
• Delivery of Product Safety cases and management systems
• Review and appraisal of Product Safety cases
• Auditing Product Safety management systems

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an Integrated Development Team for submarine systems.
• Complete Product Safety tasks across multiple systems.
• Support Hazard Identification and Analysis studies.
• Assist with or generate safety reports.
• Ensure team operates within project Safety Management System.
• Liaise with other Integrated Development Teams.
