Title: Senior Product Owner

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
A Senior Product Owner to lead the design, shaping and execution of an exciting strategy to reimage our HR shared services model, focussing on exceptional colleague experience through automation efficiency. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about transforming our colleague experience and business outcomes using the power of generative AI.
Success will require a deep understanding of how HR shared service models can be delivered utilizing functionality and generative AI in HR tooling. You will lead the product delivery of AI-driven and agentic workflow capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring automation and intelligent workflows deliver measurable business value, enhance colleague and customer experiences, and align with organisational strategy.
