The Team

Our Inflight Retail (IFR) team is at the heart of easyJet’s commercial function, building the world’s leading airline retail offering. We’re passionate about staying ahead of consumer trends in food, beverage, and retail, and we thrive on identifying technology disruption and building strong brand partnerships. You’ll join an ambitious team that works closely with Data and Technology, launching new products and solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The Role

As Senior Product Owner for Inflight Retail, you’ll drive initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from idea to delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to create, prioritise, and deliver a roadmap of technology and data driven initiatives that enhance our retail offering and support easyJet’s key objectives.

You’ll be the link between data, technology, and business, ensuring our inflight retail products deliver maximum value and keep us ahead of the curve.

What we’re looking for
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
  • Strong product ownership experience, with a pragmatic toolkit and agile mindset.
  • Proven facilitation skills, able to lead refinement sessions and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on results and long term value.
  • Experience in Agile or Lean methodologies, contributing throughout the launch process.
  • A challenger attitude, confident in questioning and influencing at all levels.
  • Change agent mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and driving positive momentum.
  • Passion for data and analytics, with strong analytical skills and understanding of the data ecosystem.
  • Delivery focus, self-motivated and hands on in managing the full development cycle.
  • Comfortable making trade-offs and prioritising in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have:

Practicalities

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
