The purpose of the Product Owner is the overall ownership for a single product backlog spanning multiple delivery channels/ feature teams. Reporting into the Crown Dependencies Lab Product Owner, this role is responsible to oversee the release of incremental value within an overall product, with the primary aim of delivering value to customers and stakeholders by ensuring the team focuses on the right priorities. Please note* This role is based in Jersey or Isle of Man, you’ll require the right to work and live in these locations.

5+ years’ experience leading digital development delivery with a strong business focus. App/ Web delivery experience is essential to be considered for this role. A background in large scale technology change delivery - you must have experience working as a Product Owner or Programme Manager, able to demonstrate budget, risk and delivery ownership. Proven hands‑on experience leading cross‑functional teams through the end‑to‑end agile application delivery lifecycle, from demand through to incremental value release. Practical experience applying AI to technology delivery, with examples of improved business outcomes. Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively from executive level through to delivery teams.
