Job description
Responsibilities
  • Explain the priorities on which the team is working, both to business partners and other Labs. Strong coordination with other POs is required, ensuring dependencies are accounted for and appropriately prioritised in their backlogs.
  • Be accountable for delivery against the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and / or revision of the OKRs based on new data and findings.
  • Shape the Product vision ensuring that the offering and its solution capabilities address customer needs without creating new ones (avoiding failure demand).
  • Lead pivotal initiatives, technical releases, customers, and collaborators with dedication.
  • Ensure that the non‑functional elements of products are considered (robustness, performance, scalability, usability, extensibility, ease to maintain and configure, ease of integration, etc.).
  • Encourage the team to test and learn by producing easy‑to‑use prototypes and MVPs and trialling them in a model office environment.

Curious about how we empower colleagues every day? Energised by delivering complex change? Motivated by helping our customers? This could be the role for you! Experience working in an Agile delivery environment at scale. Consistent track record in delivering technology change across software and infrastructure.
