We’re seeking a UK-based Sr Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Product Marketing team. You will help strengthen RLDatix’s international presence and drive product adoption across our Workforce Management solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to launch, promote, and adapt our healthcare SaaS solutions to increase market penetration and revenue in international regions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and segmentation to identify and target audiences in UK, Europe, and ANZ regions
• Analyze competitor landscape and develop differentiated positioning to tailor messaging and gain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with Product Management to align product innovation with customer needs and market trends
• Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies for product launches and solution adoption
• Support sales enablement with materials like pitch decks, proposal templates, and customer references

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in product marketing within healthcare technology
• Proven success in launching and positioning B2B healthcare SaaS products
• Deep knowledge of market segmentation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies
• Ability to commute to the UK office as needed
• Strong interest in understanding customer needs in healthcare B2B
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment
