Senior Product Marketing Manager Education (UK & EMEA)

Flywire is seeking a results‑driven Product Marketing Manager to accelerate our go‑to‑market and product strategy for the Education vertical in the UK and EMEA . If you’re a hands‑on customer‑focused marketer with a growth mindset this is your opportunity to shape how Flywire’s education solutions are positioned, launched and adopted across two of our fastest‑growing regions.

In this role you’ll collaborate with regional leadership, global product and marketing teams and frontline GTM partners to deliver compelling positioning, drive successful product launches and equip our teams with the insights and tools they need to win. Your work will be critical to advancing Flywire’s market leadership in education, driving adoption and accelerating revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Create powerful positioning & messaging

  • Refine product positioning and ideal client profiles specific to the UK / EMEA education market
  • Develop compelling persona‑based messaging and campaigns that resonate with institutional stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales and regional leadership to drive adoption of these strategies

Drive high‑impact product launches

  • Collaborate with Product Management to identify and highlight impactful product updates
  • Act as the linchpin between Product Marketing Partnerships and Sales to orchestrate launches
  • Package launches with engaging messaging collateral and regional campaigns that maximise awareness and adoption

Empower internal teams

  • Build and maintain a robust library of enablement materials (sales decks, one‑pagers, battlecards, competitive briefs, client‑facing assets)
  • Deliver training webinars and ongoing education to ensure Sales and Client Success are equipped to tell Flywire’s education story

Uncover market opportunities

  • Conduct research on UK / EMEA education institutions, student mobility trends and competitive offerings
  • Be the regional expert on buyer personas, industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Translate insights into actionable GTM strategies and influence the product roadmap
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
  • 5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS or higher education technology
  • Proven success managing and executing product launches, including cross‑functional coordination
  • Strong ability to craft differentiated messaging tailored to regional buyer personas
  • Demonstrated success in sales enablement, creating content and programs that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable GTM activity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of producing persuasive collateral, demos and presentations
  • Comfortable operating in a global matrixed organization, balancing global alignment with regional needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with higher education institutions in the UK / EMEA region
  • Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), ERPs or payments platforms
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
