Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end management of subscription products, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and agency departments, to align product strategies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure subscription success and drive improvements.
- Ensure seamless user experiences by refining subscription processes and interfaces.
- Proactively manage the product roadmap to deliver business objectives and customer value.
- Conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in the subscriptions market.
- Communicate product updates and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Product Manager (Subscriptions) should have:
- Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in B2C subscription, D2C or the consumer tech space
- A strong understanding of subscription-based business models and customer retention strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A track record of delivering measurable results through product innovation and optimisation.
- Outstanding communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
