React Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Erith for a full-time, office-based role (Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:00). Salary is competitive and to be discussed on the initial phone call.

The Senior Product Manager will set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading the end-to-end lifecycle and driving commercial growth, efficiency, and customer experience.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to guide product innovation.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Lead portfolio strategy, including product rationalisation, lifecycle management, and growth initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery against timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to deliver impactful product initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to optimise product performance, pricing, and assortment decisions.
• Ensure product compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality expectations.
