Qualifications

• Strong securitisation and/or Receivables Finance experience.
• Experience structuring or developing financial products.
• Solid understanding of credit risk, capital efficiency and portfolio structures.
• Commercial confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and commercialisation of a new portfolio receivables proposition.
• Apply securitisation expertise to risk mitigation, capital efficiency and structuring.
• Collaborate with securitisation specialists, insurers and senior stakeholders.
• Build the pricing, structuring approaches and sales materials.
• Take the proposition through governance and into market delivery.
