Payouts is a ~\$300T market globally and expected to grow at high-single-digits over the next 5 years. We are looking someone who is ready to upscale how Global Payments can move money for our ~6M customers.

What you'll own

• Product Strategy and Vision: develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the core value added services spanning all customer segments - from SMBs to Global Enterprises
• Product Outcomes: define success metrics, analyse performance and customer insights, and use data to drive improvements in customer experience
• Execution and Adoption: partner with cross‑functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives, enabling reliable, scalable and lovable payout experiences
• Market Research: stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the payouts ecosystem, identifying opportunities for product differentiation

What you'll bring

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to technical and non‑technical audiences of various levels in the organization
• 5 years + Product experience
• Strong understanding of payments and payouts customer experience
• Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments
• Tenacity in your goals, insatiable curiosity for knowledge and a passion for celebrating success

It's a bonus if you have

• Working knowledge of FX, treasury and cross‑border payout flows
