PolyAI is seeking a highly technical, senior product leader to own the runtime that serves conversations in production, the inference layer powering our models, and the data infrastructure that feeds them. You will shape strategy, balance cost and latency, and partner with engineering leadership to drive impactful infrastructure decisions.

You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists, influence priorities with limited visibility to customers, and help PolyAI scale

Qualificações

• 6+ years in product management with emphasis on infrastructure, ML/data platform, or runtime-adjacent products.
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems and AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to define and defend technical roadmaps with business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy for runtime serving conversations and the data platform.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy and self-hosted vs managed serving tradeoffs impacting cost and latency.
• Create evaluation framework for production performance (latency, throughput, cost).
• Collaborate with infra and platform eng leadership on roadmap sequencing.
• Oversee data flows, residency, retention, and access-control decisions.
