Job summary

NaturalMotion in London is seeking an experienced Product Manager to design, scope and own live operations for a major free-to-play project. You will work with design, art, programming and analytics to deliver features that improve gameplay and key metrics.

You will drive the product roadmap, coordinate across departments including release operations, user acquisition and legal, and champion data-driven decisions with dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• PM with live ops experience and a track record of delivering features.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across design, art, programming and analytics.
• Ability to translate concepts into wireframes, specs and white papers.
• Data-driven decision making with dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, scope and implement core features shaping gameplay and metrics.
• Own and manage the live operations schedule with strong attention to detail.
• Support leadership in shaping the game’s business strategy and roadmap.
• Drive user research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate across release operations, user acquisition, legal and other teams.
• Champion product vision and track milestones with analytics partners.
