Decisions about who can access Ramp, what they’re allowed to do, and when additional checks apply directly affect customer trust, regulatory standing, financial risk, and our ability to scale. Done poorly, KYC creates friction and exposure. Done well, it becomes a quiet enabler of growth, protecting the business while feeling simple and fair to users.
In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Operations, owning the full lifecycle of customer eligibility, from onboarding through ongoing due diligence, reviews, and escalations, across multiple markets and regulatory regimes.
You won’t just be implementing checks.
You’ll be designing the system that determines who we trust and how that trust evolves as Ramp scales globally.
As Senior Product Manager for KYC Experience & Compliance, you’ll own strategy, execution, and outcomes for one of Ramp’s most business‑critical surfaces:
You’re a strong, pragmatic Senior Product Manager with experience operating in regulated environments, motivated by turning regulatory and operational constraints into clear, scalable, and customer‑centric product experiences, and ready to grow into a lead role within 1–2 years.
