We are seeking a strategic and results‑orientated Senior Product Manager to support the development and growth of our UKI Identity Portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of key identity verification and fraud prevention services within one of our largest and most complex UKI products. The product is used by businesses of all sizes to verify consumer identities before granting access to products of services. As a Senior Product Manager, you will have full autonomy over the strategic planning and execution of your roadmap, blending both Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities. You'll define long‑term strategy while also acting as the voice of the customer in day‑to‑day backlog management and prioritisation.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritise, and execute the product roadmap, aligning customer feedback, data insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and anticipate threats.
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives, from concept through to launch.
- Maintain a prioritised product backlog, clearly articulating the "what" and "why" to cross‑functional teams.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate product concepts, and drive adoption and growth.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on KPIs, usage data, and qualitative feedback.
- Collaborate with Legal, DPO, and Compliance teams to ensure all new features meet privacy, data protection, and regulatory standards.
- Safeguard UK consumer data, ensuring all product decisions uphold legal obligations and ethical data practices.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, with clear ownership of a product or a significant feature within a complex product ecosystem.
- Track record of successfully launching new products or features, from collaborative ideation through execution and post‑release optimisation.
- Self‑starter mindset, comfortable working independently and owning key deliverables.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies, with experience managing the full product lifecycle.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience with consumer data and/or identity, fraud, or AML use cases is preferred but not essential.
