A global leader in agricultural technology is seeking a Data Platforms Product Manager to create innovative solutions and lead the transformation to a federated Data Mesh architecture. You will work closely with design and engineering teams, and have full ownership of the Data Mesh platform. The ideal candidate possesses solid experience in product management and a background in agriculture. Job Description

As a Data Platforms Product Manager, you will create innovative solutions that our customers love and empower internal teams to create business value within the global EDO team. Working closely with product design and engineering teams, you will discover and deliver cutting‑edge solutions to market. A key focus will be leading our transformation from legacy centralized warehouses to a federated Data Mesh architecture built on Databricks. You will take full autonomous ownership of the Data Mesh platform, treating data as a first‑class product, while partnering with Engineering leads to deliver a self‑service platform that empowers our Data Hubs to efficiently publish and consume high‑quality data.

• Demonstrated expertise in modern product discovery and delivery methodologies, with experience in business analysis or user research
• Experience in leading change management initiatives and stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
• History of successful product delivery in fast‑paced environments, showing ability to manage ambiguity and balance competing priorities
• Self‑driven, creative and curious, with a customer‑centric mindset
