Qualifications

• Creative product leadership for GCSE/A level Drama and PE with strong subject knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of teaching, learning and assessment to shape qualifications and sample assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain subject and market insight for GCSE/A level Drama and other creative subjects.
• Develop strategy and propositions, manage budgets and forecast revenues.
• Oversee lifecycle of qualifications, including withdrawal, redevelopment and new market entry.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on data-driven campaigns and customer journeys.
• Plan and deliver customer-facing events and networks; recruit/train specialists.
