To support our growth strategy we are seeking experienced B2B Card industry specialists to scale this product for Modulr.

What Youll Do

As a Senior Product Manager you will contribute to our success by :

  • Supporting the development of comprehensive product strategies aligned with the companys overall business goals emerging technologies and new commercial opportunities
  • Leading execution of the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle leading and co‑ordinating cross‑functional SMEs including design engineering marketing and sales
  • Defining and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of product strategies
  • Optimizing the competitiveness of our card payments infrastructure through adoption of new industry standards
  • Building stable foundations for our Card payment infrastructure to scale with our business growth reducing internal manual efforts and minimizing the risk for any service interruptions
  • Staying informed about UK financial regulations and ensure that all Card products adhere to compliance requirements
Who You Are
What youll need
  • Extensive exposure to a high‑growth environment
  • Deep expertise in Cards / Commercial Cards & payment processing working on direct integrations across the card payment eco‑system (& B2B platforms)
  • Ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams and across wider stakeholder groups inc Sales Marketing Implementation Finance Data & Compliance (with experience of agile & waterfall development methodoligies)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Ability to solve problems relevant attention to detail ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions
  • Ability to thrive in cross‑cultural and cross‑functional teams

  • Card P&L management experience
