Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Books vertical to own end-to-end book experiences across discovery, conversion, listening, and creator tooling. You will connect content pipelines with consumer surfaces and partner with cross-functional teams to shape a coherent books strategy.

Based in London or Stockholm, this hybrid role offers flexible work options with some in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in product management across complex ecosystems with multiple surfaces.
Proven ability to improve multi-surface product experiences and drive cross-team alignment.
Experience using analytics and user research to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute product strategy across core book experiences and creator tooling.
Identify gaps across book surfaces and deliver coherent end-to-end experiences.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Insights, and PM teams to improve discovery, conversion, listening, and creator surfaces.
Conduct research to understand listener behavior, creator needs, and market trends.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritise opportunities across the book ecosystem.
Define and track success metrics linking pipeline health to listener outcomes.
Advocate for improvements across the book ecosystem to strengthen the end-to-end experience.
