Job summary

Motorway in London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end problem areas on the seller or dealer side of the marketplace. You will define outcomes, measure impact and lead a cross-functional squad to ship meaningful products.

You will apply AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping and decision making, working closely with engineering, design, data and executive stakeholders to drive value for buyers and sellers alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a product manager with shipping experience and measurable business impact.
• Strong product sense and ability to prioritise the right problems over numerous ideas.
• Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative evidence: user research, data analysis and experiments.
• Data-oriented: use data to understand problems, set goals and measure impact.
• AI-forward: regular use of AI tools and hands-on prototyping or building with them.
• Clear, confident communicator able to work with engineers, analysts and senior leaders.
• Ability to move between detail and strategy without losing coherence.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and curiosity to build domain knowledge quickly.
• Experience in marketplaces, consumer products or B2B platforms is helpful but not essential.
• Excited about changing how people buy and sell cars.
