Product Manager - SugarCRM

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused Product Manager to lead innovation across our core platform. This role involves collaboration with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and our customers to develop high-impact features that enhance customer retention, business growth, and platform stability.

Location: Hybrid model (remote and in-office at Solihull, minimum 3 days/week).

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Roadmap Ownership & Execution:
  2. Create and maintain the product roadmap aligned with SugarCRM's strategic goals, customer needs, and business objectives.
  3. Communicate priorities and progress effectively across teams.
  4. Ensure initiatives are justified through customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  1. Planning & Agile Execution:
  2. Lead planning and execution, maintaining synchronization between long-term vision and short-term deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with Engineering and UX to prioritize features that balance innovation and scalability.
  4. Manage the product backlog of features and improvements.
  5. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch.
  6. Drive agile processes to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
  1. Customer & Data-Driven Decision Making:
  2. Gather and analyze customer insights to inform product features.
  3. Define and monitor KPIs to guide prioritization and roadmap adjustments.
  4. Engage regularly with stakeholders for feedback and validation.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in product management, with success in shipping B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, customer engagement tools, or workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sugar Discover) is advantageous.
  • Strong technical understanding, including APIs and data models.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in data analytics, AI automation, or workflow orchestration is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
