Job summary

Street Group, a fast-growing PropTech company in the UK, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own major digital product areas including the website and property reports. The role blends digital, marketing, and AI initiatives within a high-autonomy environment and involves shaping AI-driven strategy and working directly with customers.

You will influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear commercial impact and end-to-end ownership from day one.

• Act as a role model for independent decision-making and mentoring others.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Street Group, you’ll be a trusted leader in your area of responsibility. This is a permanent, high-autonomy role with ownership from day one, combining digital, marketing, and AI initiatives. You will:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products.
• Support other teams in alignment for 12 months while leading your own product areas.
• Shape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and further PropTech AI integration.
• Lead discovery directly with customers, turning insights into actionable priorities.
• Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution.
• Act as a role model for independent decision-making, coaching others and contributing to best practices.

A Bit About You

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and operate at Senior PM level from day one. You’ll have:

• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to influence across departments and levels.
• Comfort with autonomous working – you don’t need hand-holding or step-by-step direction.
• Confidence in using and integrating AI tools into your day-to-day product management (Claude Code and similar).
• A clear, articulate communicator who can explain what you’ve built, why you built it, and the results it achieved.
• Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.
