Job summary

Zoopla, a leading UK property brand, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a core product line. You will define the product vision, shape strategy and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers and the business.

In this hybrid role you will spend three days per week in our Tower Bridge office, with two days remote. You will develop data-informed roadmaps, conduct market and user research, translate goals into requirements and success metrics, and track key KPIs while

Qualifications

• Strong background in product management at senior level.
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact products.
• Experience in SaaS/fintech/e-commerce domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior PMs and improve product processes.
• Build cross-functional relationships with GTM, sales, marketing and support.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager who will take ownership of one of our core product lines. You will have the opportunity to drive product strategy, enhance user experiences, and work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver valuable solutions to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop data-informed roadmaps aligned with company OKRs and business priorities.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategic goals into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through to go to market and post-launch optimisation.
• Define and track key product KPIs (e.g., adoption, retention, revenue, engagement).
• Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
• Serve as the voice of the product and customer across the organization
• Mentor junior PMs or contribute to improving product processes.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with GTM (go-to-market), sales, marketing, and support teams.

Experience

• Strong background in product management, ideally at senior level.
• Proven record of shipping successful, high-impact products.
• Experience working in relevant domains (e.g., SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, AI, marketplaces).

Skills

• Strong product sense and customer empathy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with product tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Amplitude, SQL).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to lead without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven experience collaborating with commercial teams to drive revenue growth.
• Good design intuition and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.

Where you’ll be

At Zoopla, we embrace hybrid working but emphasise the importance of also spending time together. You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely (at home) for two days per week with Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays as all-Zoopla days in the office together.

Our home in Tower Bridge is a buzzing hub for collaborative and individual working, with areas to socialise and exercise - within easy reach of London Bridge, Tower Hill and Bermondsey stations. On our doorstep there are plenty of great food spots including a new indoor street food market and landscaped areas to sit by the riverside.
