Senior Product Manager

Salary: £55,699 - £68,650 + £3,300 for London-based candidates + bonus + exceptional benefits (civil service pension) + Hybrid (Stratford, London)

Our client, a global online non‑for‑profit organisation that is committed to improving the lives of millions, is hiring a critical position for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of global digital learning and assessment capabilities.

This role is essential in shaping customer experiences across our clients portfolio, ensuring products are innovative, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.

To be successful, you must have experience with digital online systems, understanding of AI, and exposure to online learning & assessments.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of online learning and assessment systems to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third‑party suppliers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Ensure robust governance, contract management, and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all product development activities.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in agile product delivery and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of online learning and assessment technologies.
  • Ability to write user stories, manage backlogs, and deliver complex digital projects.
  • Experience leading virtual/global teams within a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of EDI principles and commitment to inclusive practices.
