Imagine being able to go to your local healthcare professional, and get the quality of specialist healthcare normally reserved for Harley Street. 32Co is building the latest AI technology to make this a reality, starting in two multi-billion dollar markets.
Backed by Tier 1 investors from day one, Balderton Capital, investors behind Revolut, City Mapper, and Depop, we’re rapidly expanding our operations across the UK and beyond. With a proven model and strong traction, we have ambitious plans to expand into other healthcare verticals - bringing the same level of innovation and accessibility to new areas of medicine.
The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy, development, and scaling of critical product verticals within our core platform. You will operate as a business owner for your domain, driving the outcomes necessary to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
You will need to be capable of strategic thinking, defining and understanding the long-term vision and commercial strategy for your product vertical, while simultaneously maintaining operational excellence by ensuring development teams have clear, validated requirements and acceptance criteria needed for high-quality, high-velocity execution. Ideally you will have experience creating AI features, curiosity is a must-have.
This role demands someone who is deeply comfortable balancing user needs (clinicians and patients) with technical constraints and clear commercial objectives. You will be the primary decision-maker for your product area, ensuring execution excellence and market fit.
What You Will Do:
- Define and Own your Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for your vertical, securing alignment across all stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Leadership).
- Drive Execution & Delivery: Lead the development lifecycle from ideation and requirements definition to ticket writing and launch and post-launch optimisation. Maintain a transparent and rigorous roadmap, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
- Commercial & Business Accountability: Act as the general manager for your product area. You will define and track key performance indicators and objectives, specifically focusing on growth and user retention.
- Deep Customer & Market Insight: Conduct continuous user research, market analysis, and competitive reviews. Leverage quantitative data (e.g., MixPanel, internal analytics) to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and inform build/no-build decisions.
- Help develop the company's AI strategy: We’re launching new AI-powered features internally and externally at a rapid pace, you’ll be responsible for deploying, evaluating and keeping us on the cutting edge of what’s possible.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Serve as the product expert and primary communicator, ensuring all cross-functional teams and senior leadership are informed, aligned, and bought into the strategic direction and resource allocation.
- Technical Partnership: Work closely with Engineering leadership to assess technical feasibility, manage debt, and ensure platform scalability and performance align with future product ambitions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, at a high-growth start-up or fast-paced technology company.
- Proven track record managing B2B2C software products. Prior HealthTech experience is not required.
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to articulate a product strategy that explicitly drives measurable business results (e.g., increased revenue, reduced operational costs, successful new market entry).
- Execution Leadership: Expert proficiency in backlog management, and roadmap communication, with the ability to manage trade-offs and priorities under tight deadlines.
- Data Proficiency: Highly skilled in utilising both qualitative (user interviews) and quantitative data (analytics tools like MixPanel) to validate product decisions and measure impact.
- Technical Fluency: You understand software architecture and development constraints, enabling effective, high-trust collaboration with Engineering teams.
- AI Mindset: You are obsessed with finding value additive improvements to processes and product with AI - not just using AI for AI’s sake
- Startup Mindset: Proactive, resilient, and thrives in ambiguity and capable of structuring complex, ill-defined problems into actionable plans.
- Location: Able to commute to our London office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
