Job description
Overview

Note: this is a primarily office-based role (~4 days per week).

We are hiring a London-based Senior Product Manager to build new digital experiences across Zero100’s suite of products. In this role you will deliver features to improve our website and mobile applications, in addition to inventing new ways to digitize our service offerings to make them more intuitive, accessible, and impactful. You will work closely with our Research, Engineering, and Creative teams to develop immersive, innovative solutions and interfaces that consistently exceed our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for managing our tech vendors, product roadmap, feature backlog, product vision, and inspection mechanisms to stay on the forefront of content delivery and consumption.

We’re looking for an individual who has deep experience in product from both a functionality and technical perspective, and who can effectively communicate with developers on architecture decisions. You’re a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills who can deliver autonomously, dive into the details to solve a problem, and work effectively across a matrixed, geographically disbursed team of stakeholders. You should be comfortable learning on the job and using data to guide your thinking as you dig into new and uncharted problem spaces. Beyond the day job, we are looking for candidates who share our enthusiasm about the potential for Zero100 to have a positive impact on the supply chain profession and (more broadly) the planet.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver new user experiences for our Zero100 website and mobile application
  • Own the product roadmap and feature backlog for digital platforms
  • Translate customer data and feedback into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences
  • Partner with Research, Engineering, and Creative teams to design and deliver innovative solutions
  • Digitize and streamline service offerings to improve ease of use and reduce friction
  • Define and communicate product vision, success metrics, and inspection mechanisms
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors to ensure delivery speed and quality
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to push the boundaries of digital content delivery and engagement
  • Deliver go-to-market strategies that improve the overall product adoption and engagement
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to deliver thoughtful, customer-facing features from ideation to launch
  • Proven record of prioritization and trade-off decisions to deliver efficiently and effectively in high impact areas
  • Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience managing product backlog, and vendor relationships including budget management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment while managing ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for innovation
  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • Unlimited holidays
  • Private healthcare & Life Insurance
  • Enhanced Pension / 401k
  • Enhanced Parental Leave Policy
  • Custom designed offices in central London with free breakfasts & snacks
  • Regular team socials
