Job summary

Wave Group is seeking 5+ Senior Product Engineers to join a fast-growing European fintech in London, marking their first engineering expansion in the city.

You'll build customer-facing products end-to-end, design APIs for distribution, and work on integrations across KYC, fund administration, banking and AML within a small, high-ownership team that influences product and technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong full-stack/product engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript experience across frontend and backend.
• High ownership and genuine interest in the what and why, not just the how.
• Curious engineers who enjoy learning and solving difficult problems.
• Fintech, capital markets or regulated-industry experience is useful, but not essential

We’re looking for 5x Senior Product Engineers to join a fast-growing European fintech as they build out their engineering team in London for the first time.

Founded in 2023, they’re building institutional-grade cash management infrastructure, giving businesses the ability to put idle cash to work through an app or API. They already serve thousands of organisations across Europe, and process hundreds of millions of euros every month, with ambitions to become a category leader in a market worth trillions.

They’re backed by one of Europe’s leading VC funds alongside several of the biggest operators in European fintech, including senior figures behind some of the continent’s most successful fintech businesses.
