Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for key areas of our product.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and data-driven design validation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)

Proficiency with modern design and AI tools (Figma, Framer, etc.)

Strong understanding of interaction design

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
