Job summary

Dalet S.A. is seeking a senior UI/UX designer to drive the evolution of our unified design system across Flex, Pyramid and Dalia. You will lead discovery, build scalable component libraries, and translate complex data-heavy workflows into clean, responsive enterprise interfaces.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, mentor designers, and ensure accessibility and high-quality output while embracing cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise UI and design systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor design craft within a team.
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering across domains.
• Proven ability to scale design patterns and components.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-spectrum design discovery and user research to shape interfaces.
• Build and scale a token-driven component library across platforms.
• Create intuitive, data-heavy enterprise UI layouts.
• Maintain WCAG 2.2 AA compliance and mentor teammates.
