Pennylane is looking for a Product Designer to enhance user experience for our clients in the financial sector. Ideal candidates will have B2B product design experience and the ability to empathize with users through data and research.

You will join a dynamic design team to mentor junior members and participate in the complete design process from user research to implementation. The role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe and includes great benefits like healthcare and lunch credits.

Formación

• Strong B2B product design experience.
• Ability to turn research into actionable insights.
• Experience in complex systems design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and user research sessions.
• Ensure delivery of product scope with quality.
• Mentor junior Product Designers.

Conocimientos

User research and data analysis

Collaboration with developers and product managers

Excellent visual design skills

Documentation of design decisions

Coaching and mentoring junior team members

Fluent in French and English
