Job summary

Dexters is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own key parts of our internal platform in a hybrid role with Shoreditch office access one day per week. You will work end-to-end, turning operational pain into practical design decisions and shaping briefs with cross-functional partners.

You’ll engage in user research, contribute to a design system, and help build AI-enabled features that improve real workflows for consultants across London.

Qualifications

• Strong product design experience, ideally in B2B, internal tools, or operationally complex environments.
• Experience conducting your own user research and feeding it directly into design decisions.
• A strong UX thinker with focus on workflows, hierarchy, edge cases, and multi‑role products.

Responsibilities

• Complex operational workflows across core platform areas: viewings, enquiry handling, onboarding, communications, and more.
• A design system built for a fast-moving internal platform: practical, consistent, and maintainable.
• Discovery and validation with consultants across our London offices, translating real operational pain into clear product thinking.
• AI-assisted features: we are actively building AI into our platform and design thinking is central to making it genuinely usable.
• Raising the bar for how design works with product and engineering across the team.
• Able to work from early-stage briefs: comfortable with ambiguity, good at bringing structure to messy problems.
