Accountabilities
- Lead the design of complex product experiences, delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions across the product portfolio.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights and inform design decisions.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership through presentations, documentation, and workshops.
- Organize, plan, and sequence design work independently, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and business objectives.
- Translate product strategy and vision into intuitive, elegant design solutions that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
- Mentor and influence other designers, advocating for best practices and fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure designs are feasible, effective, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product designer with a portfolio showcasing high-quality design outcomes and business impact.
- Experience working on large-scale design projects and across multiple product experiences.
- Skilled in the full design process, from research and ideation to execution and iteration.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design standards.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience supporting product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and iterative design based on user feedback and metrics.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
