Accountabilities
  • Lead the design of complex product experiences, delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions across the product portfolio.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights and inform design decisions.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership through presentations, documentation, and workshops.
  • Organize, plan, and sequence design work independently, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Translate product strategy and vision into intuitive, elegant design solutions that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
  • Mentor and influence other designers, advocating for best practices and fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure designs are feasible, effective, and aligned with strategic priorities.
