Blue Light Card seeks a Principal Data role focused on experimentation, product analytics, and strategic data leadership. You will mentor the Product Data Science team, set best practices, and scale data insights across our app and web experiences.

You will partner with Product Managers and Engineering to translate member behaviour into actionable insights, own metrics definitions, and present data-led narratives to senior leadership. Hybrid working is offered, with HQ options in the UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analytics and data science in a digital environment.
• Experience leading an experimentation programme and applying statistical methods to business problems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision for experimentation and data products.
• Lead design and development of high-impact data products and models informing product strategy.
• Own instrumentation, KPI frameworks and analytics practice across the business.
