Job summary

A financial services firm is seeking a Product Analyst or Senior Product Analyst in London to translate data into actionable insights. About the Role

Our analysts are creative problem solvers and number whizzes who translate data into business opportunities and deliver insights to drive decision‑making. As a Product Analyst or Senior Product Analyst, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and credit analysts across Fraud, Payments, Wealth and Operations product tribes, generating key insights, designing A/B tests, forecasting impacts, and owning analytical projects that shape product strategy.

A day in the life of this role involves working in a fast‑paced, data‑led environment, using SQL (Python is a plus) and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to turn data into actionable insight that informs product decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Generate key insight from our vast data warehouse and help product managers drive product development.
  • Pair with product managers to design and implement A/B tests in live customer journeys.
  • Model and forecast the impact of changes you are driving.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, software engineers, designers, and credit analysts to reach the best solution.
  • Take ownership of analytical projects and identify new, exciting opportunities through analysis.
  • Monitor key metrics to understand how the product is performing and regularly present findings to product managers and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • You have some experience in a data‑led, fast‑paced environment (e.g. consulting, banking, start‑up).
  • You are analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • You have a quantitative background and are a natural at turning data into insight to drive decisions.
  • You have strong experience using SQL and bonus points for some Python.
  • You have experience with Tableau or other BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI).
  • You can communicate your insights succinctly, focus on key results, and influence across all levels.
  • You treat others with respect but are not afraid to challenge them sensitively.
  • You’re a self‑starter who knows when to ask for support and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
  • You’re always on the lookout for new learning opportunities and strive to stay on the cutting edge.
  • You are used to working in cross‑functional teams with many skillsets coming together to create amazing products.
  • Subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

Location

London – Hybrid role; you are expected to come to the London office 2–3 days a week, with the option to work from abroad up to 120 days a year.
