Job summary

Art27 Scotland, a leading organisation promoting cultural rights, seeks a collaborative Company Producer to lead end-to-end delivery of our multi-arts programs in line with the annual plan.

You will contribute to funding streams and partnerships for future projects, report to the Board, and provide line management and clear communication across the team, ensuring co-creation processes are safe and accessible.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in delivering multi-arts programmes
• Budget oversight and reporting to senior leadership
• Stakeholder liaison and partnership development
• Commitment to co-creation, accessibility and ethical practice

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Art27 Scotland's multi-arts programmes as per the annual plan
• Develop funding streams and partnerships for future projects
• Provide line management and regular 1-1s with key staff
• Bridge artistic concepts with partnerships, funding and project logistics
• Ensure co-creation processes are safe, ethical and accessible
