Position Overview

We arehiring aSenior Design Producertoelevateand acceleratedesign deliveryacrossFootball Manager.

This role exists to bring assertive, pro-active ownership to the day-to-day execution ofwork across ourUIUX, narrative, and game design teams(consisting of~20 designers acrossmultiple features & initiatives).

Following two challenging cycleswe are looking for a highly organised, experiencedproducer who can ensuredesign work isclearlyplanned, communicated, and delivered predictably without compromising creative quality.

Onan annual releasecadence,it is imperative that design leadthe way earlyand thatworkis not allowed to drift ordelaydevelopment.You will be accountable for ensuring design work isdeliveredat pace and isready to enter production. You will ensure thatdependencies and risks are surfaced early, and progress tracked with clarity and intent.

Whilst you will primarily take ownership of day-to-day execution, asa senior member of the production groupyou willalso help shapeprocess, mentor producers, and act as a trusted partner todesign and production leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Assertive accountability fordelivery ofUIUX, narrative, andgamedesign output across multiple features and initiatives

Operate with urgencyandefficiencyin the context of an annual release cadence

Successfully position designto bedelivering ahead of the next iteration, not reacting late

Partner with Design Leads to translate creative vision into achievable plans, timelines, and milestones

Proactivelyidentifydelivery risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and mitigation strategies

Safeguard design qualitythrough effective planningthat considersstakeholderfeedback and iteration loops

Ensurevalidation gates areutilisedand requirementssatisfiedtoenabledesigns to move into production with confidence

Drive build reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Support evolution and improvement of design production processes to enable clarity, consistency, and scalability

Provide clear, concise, and actionable updates on progress, risks, and decisions

Facilitate alignment and collaboration across creative, technical, and production perspectives

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Provenexperience inseniorgame productionroleswithaccountabilityfor delivery of creative work

Deepunderstanding of production in a creative setting, with experience deliveringin a deadline-driven environment

Abletobringsolid organisation and pro-active intent toafat-moving, ambitiousstudio

Comfortable operating amonglegacy complexitywhilst focussed onforward-thinkingopportunity

Strong command of production tools (Jira, Confluence)with an understanding forhow theyadddelivery confidence, notadministrative overhead

A confident communicatorwith strongstakeholder management skills

Experience working on large-scale, systems-drivenor simulation-heavy games

Familiarity with Football Manager or deep sports simulation titles
