Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills within a similar professional setting.
  • Organised working style with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Procurement, with direct experience preferred.
  • IT experience – Microsoft Office applications, Purchase Order/ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of contracts and how to manage suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting all aspects of Supply Chain related activity to cost, quality and schedule.
  • Support with contract management activity; placing & managing contracts.
  • Undertaking reporting, data analysis and updating contracting documents.
  • Following best practice in line with procurement governance.
  • Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues.
