CityFibre is a hybrid role offering a great balance of home and office work with travel to supplier sites when required. We’re seeking a senior procurement leader to drive the operational delivery across the business, prioritise demand, optimise resources and embed governance.

Job Description

You'll lead the operational delivery of procurement activity across the business, ensuring demand is prioritised, resources are optimised, governance is embedded and procurement outcomes deliver value, performance and strategic business impact.

What you'll bring to the role

You'll bring proven procurement leadership experience, strong commercial and people management capability, and the ability to balance priorities while driving operational excellence.

You’ll also have:

• Experience leading procurement operations or sourcing teams
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Broad procurement, sourcing and supplier management expertise
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
• Data-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
