As Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead supplier negotiations, optimise sourcing strategies, and influence key business decisions across multiple product categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement procurement strategies across a diverse range of Fresh Produce categories
• Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships that deliver long-term value
• Drive commercial performance through effective cost management, sourcing optimisation, and contract negotiation
• Support and deputise for the Head of Procurement, providing leadership and continuity when required

Requirements

• Significant procurement or category management experience, ideally within Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Fresh Food
