Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of procurement strategy via MCIPS or NVQ level 4 plus MBA or equivalent experience.
• Experience in purchasing with team management in a Trust or large organisation (around 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of EU Procurement Law.

• Deliver value for money on procurement projects while ensuring legal compliance.
• Support the procurement strategy and contribute to achieving scorecard targets.
• Lead on high-value and strategic procurement projects.
• Manage Procurement Managers and Senior Buyers.
