Responsibilities
  • Source, RFQ, negotiate and procure supplies for office and hotel needs.
  • Monitor and expedite purchases to ensure that supplies are delivered on time.
  • Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, prices, delivery and service.
  • Follow up on feasibility of new supplies provided for office and hotels.
  • Receipt of goods from suppliers, handling of goods, storage of goods and distributing of goods to hotels.
  • Manage, update and provide accuracy of inventory stock.
  • Maintain inventory controls to ensure stock are always kept at the minimum stock level.
  • Analyze/review stock requisitions from the hotels for cost control purposes.
  • Provide support to hotel operations on all material flow issues to meet departmental and guest requirements.
  • Support Procurement team in day-to-day Procurement task and provide administrative support.
  • Keep the stores in neat and tidy condition so that stocks are easily accessible.
