Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes such as wafer processing, MEMS and microfabrication; these activities will cover both new product introduction projects and sustenance of current production lines.
• Maintain extensive understanding of wafer processing technologies (photolithography, dry/wet etching or wafer bonding) and semiconductor manufacturing processes (PVD, CVD, sputtering, etc.).

• Degree in an engineering-related discipline.
• Failure analysis methodologies, statistical analysis techniques such as SPC.
