Senior Private PA - Family Office, Central London

Salary:Circa £120,000 per annum, dependent on experience

One of our private clients requires an experienced and highly organised Senior Private PA,based withintheirfamily office in Central London.

This is a senior, hands‑on position requiring impeccable discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, solutions‑driven approach. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the principals' business, private, and lifestyle affairs, ensuring seamless coordination across their professional and personal worlds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and schedule management, coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Complex international travel arrangements, both private and commercial, and itinerary management
  • Oversight of residences and household operations, liaising with domestic staff, suppliers, and external contractors
  • Acting as principal liaison between the family office and personal staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Management of confidential documentation, correspondence, and records
  • Coordination of private and family events, dinners, and social engagements
  • Assistance with personal shopping, giftingand lifestyle requests
  • Regular interaction with legal, financial, and property advisors to support both private and business interests
  • Anticipating the principals' needs and ensuring every detail is managed with precision and discretion
Candidate Requirements
  • Significant prior experience as a Private PA within a Family Officeand/or supporting an UHNW individual or family
  • Proven track record in managing both personal and business affairs at the highest levelExceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and discretion
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • Highly adaptable, calm under pressure, and accustomed to working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
