Job summary

SelectRecruitment.je is assisting a global fiduciary services provider to recruit an experienced Senior Administrator for its Private Client team in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of private clients across a range of trust structures and act as a technical reference on client structures and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in trust administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar trust administration role.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Studying towards STEP or ICSA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administering a portfolio of trust structures and acting as a technical point of reference on client structures and regulatory requirements.
• Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners, communicating with clients regularly.
• Mentoring and supervising junior team members.
• Identifying ways to improve the efficiency of day-to-day processes.
