Pro‑Recruitment Group is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager for an advisory-focused role serving a sophisticated portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives and private equity professionals. The role offers opportunities to work on complex UK and international tax matters within a growing national team.

You will lead on personal tax advice, build trusted client relationships, and identify opportunities for added value while ensuring high-quality compliance and service.

Qualifications

• Strong technical personal tax knowledge and advisory mindset.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs or privately owned businesses.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal tax advice to HNW individuals and business owners.
• Advise on residence, domicile and remittance issues and international tax matters.
• Advise on capital gains, land and property, trusts, estates and partnerships.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and work with specialist teams to deliver joined-up advice.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted adviser.
• Support business development and growth of the private client practice.
• Oversee compliance work to ensure high-quality service.
