Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in Private Client law (flexible for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning.
• Administering estates and managing probate matters.
• Advising on Tax and Trusts.
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Building strong client relationships and encouraging referrals.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience mentoring junior colleagues

Commercial awareness and client development experience

Education
